Short Biography

Haitian Su received his B.S. degrees in Applied Physics from Northeastern University in 2020, and his Ph.D. degree in Condensed Matter Physics from Peking University in 2025. During his doctoral studies, he investigated Shapiro steps in InAs-Al nanowire Josephson junctions in the laboratory of Professor Hongqi Xu. Subsequently, he joined the Semiconductor Quantum Computing Group led by Professor Hongqi Xu at BAQIS as a postdoctoral researcher. His recent research interests focus on superconductor-semiconductor hybrid devices and the exploration of physics in such devices.
