Our group focuses on quantum devices made from semiconductor materials. We develop techniques for quantum computing and study the novel physics behind it. Two major subjects are the semiconductor spin qubit and the superconductor-semiconductor topological qubit. Our members have extensive research backgrounds spanning from semiconductor epitaxial growth, quantum device fabrication, measurement, and control, to condensed matter and quantum information theory.
